If you girls looking for a simple and healthy chicken Rub ,this one is the best!This is my very special recipe which I do make often since its so easy, simple and real quick as well.Its healthy since i always grill it or bake it, and it taste the best when its Barbecued!
2 Chicken Legs (you can use breast or anything of your choice)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger powder
1 tsp lime juice
Salt as per taste
Step 1. Take the chicken and wash it well, then make some slits on it and keep it aside to dry.
Step 2. In a small bowl take all the above mentioned ingredients and make a paste.
Step 3. Marinate the Chicken with mixture and keep it aside for 30 min or so.
Step 4. Grill your chicken on your griller or you can bake this or even fry it. It’s all your choice. However it taste best when its grilled or BBQ and its even less on calories.
