The 100 Calorie BURN

This is a really simple way in which you can actually burn 100 calories at home, you dont need any equipment at all and its super easy and fun.Just put on some music and your good to go.

50 Jumping Jacks

30 crunches

30 Squats

10 push ups

Now this is one set, so if you want to burn more calories just keep on repeating this set as many times as possible. These exercises are really simple and can be done at home or the garden or propably even at work(on your break).So remember each set is a 100 calorie burn, so each time you increase a set your burning more fat away
